  The staff were very nice. The hotel is extremely close to the Gare de l'Est, thus very convenient for me. The room was clean, with nice towels, soap and shampoo, the breakfast was good value. I was very satisfied.   1. The location. 1 min to Barbes-Rouchechouart (m2/m4) and 5 mins to Gare du Nord (International Station) on foot. 2. The neighbourhood. Quiet and calm. There are minimarkets next door (reasonable price) as well as a bakery and Japanese restaurant. 3. Free breakfast. Although we did not get to take it due to early departure from hotel. 4. It's nice - In fact, upon arrival, I did not like the area, but we discover that we were 20 sec from the metro station, so that became a big plus. The people at the hotel were great, they did the best they could to make us feel good. We arrived at night one evening and since we were with a 2year old, they let us use the breakfast room and the microwave , so I think that for the money we spend it is more than fair, also breakfast included, also a good point. Good beds, clean. - The view from my bedroom window was beautiful! I had a double bed and a private bathroom and the whole atmosphere in the room was cozy and warm, excellent last night's stay in Paris. There was 24hr service and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of french speaking channels on the television and a nice breakfast to start the morning. The bathroom was very clean and had towels and all the facilities you could wish for one nights stay in Montmartre.

  The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably sized. It is close to the Paris train stations Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est and a metro station is only steps away. The hotel is brand new, being open only 5 days when we arrived. It's not located in the best part of Paris but we didn't have any worries either. Rooms are modern and hip, bathrooms are huge by French standards and have both "rain" heads and hand showers. It's close to Gare du Nord and the Metro. Plus the staff are all wonderful and gracious, exactly what you'd hope to find. Big American breakfast in their dining room or can be enjoyed in room. Great Italian restaurant directly across the street.

  I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, they speak many languages. The subway is very very close and the area is nice. - Could not get a better location as 2 train stations and so many great restaurants were within walking distance.

Although it isn't in the heart of Paris, being that close to a station which made it easy to get anywhere. The staff was very helpful when I asked for directions and planning my trips.   I liked the location because it's next to 2 metro stations... if you are arrivng by train the easiest way is to take the metro from Gare du nord to gare du l'est and you are right at the hotel's street. the breakfast is pretty much the same every day, but very good for starting the day.
