  For Paris this was a great value for money hotel! The quality was excellent, room was large, clean and well isolated. We didn' t have breakfast so we don't know if it is worth it. Stayed one night in the double comfort and one night in the double standard - only difference was a slightly larger bed in the comfort. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly.   The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The hotel is clean, stylish, and could not be in a better location. My room was Clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything I needed. VERY short walk to the Metro, restaurants, shopping, and Notre Dame & Centre Pompidou.   Great location, lovely authentic Parisian hotel feel (five floors of winding staircase); little balcony and view over trees onto the square below and of rooftops; a block or so from the Metro on a good central line, the accessibility of the restaurants, cafés, bars and designer shops of the Marais. On the fifth floor - no issue with noise despite cafés and bars below. - the location was incredible. the hotel was clean, very pretty and quaint, and the rooms and bathroom were a good size considering other hotels in Paris. We had enough room for two large suitcases and were still able to walk around vry comfortably in our room. The view from our balcony was of Hotel de Ville. I cannot stress enough on the amazing location this hotel was in!

  I booked the Tonic because I liked that it appeared to be in a genuine Parisian style and wasn't disappointed, the rooms had a nice appearance and has retained some of the buildings original features. It even had its own courtyard off my ground floor room. The staff went out of their way & were sincere in ensuring it was done even though it was fully packed over the week. I really appreciate the effort.

  The hotel was in a great central location. It was a short walk to Notre Dame (I have a slight walking disability) but could handle the walk. The bus stop is directly across the street from the hotel and ATM's are next door or across the street. It was such a short walk to the Seine. We did not speak french but this did not interfere with having a wonderful time in Paris. People were very und - Brilliant location, with in easy walking distance of most central sites. Very clean and comfortable hotel. We felt our room and bathroom were quite spacious for an attic room in Paris. The price we paid was very competitive. We were at the back of the hotel and it was quiet at night.
