) were spacious and spotless offering fine expansive views taking in the

Some of the staff may not speak fluent English, but were all courteous, friendly and helpful. The layout and colors of the hotel were open and cheerful.
The staff was courteous, well groomed, knowledgeable, patient, professional, friendly, helpful.
The hotel is well located for a visitor, nice neighborhood, grocery stores, restaurants, open air markets, banking, laundromats, nearby.
The neighbor feels/is safe and it is like being in a familiar community while being in a big city.

I particularly liked the internal space near the lobby - small very nice patio. This hotel is very well located (not far from Gare du Nord and close to Grand Magazines). The staff were amazingly helpful in all ways. They helped us get around the city easily, gave good suggestions for meals and were always gracious and patient! The room was a bit small but outfitted with great storage, very cozy, comfortable and outfitted with little details. Very very clean! The view onto the terrace was so quaint and beautiful!
