I think two people would have been cramped - but for me it was great (besides who needs a large room when you're in Paris?) I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.

  We enjoyed the lovely decor, comfortable bed and nicely-sized room (recommend the Supreme). The hotel is in a lovely part of the city, very near La Madeleine as well as several designer shops. It is off the beaten path just enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly and accommodating. Fine wine, scrumptious veal and the best crème - The staff were awesome and was always willing to assist us despite the time. I arrived pretty late and they organized a perfect resaurant for us which was fabulous. Typical french restaurant( Tante Louise). If you would like to economise, you probably check another one. I will definately visit it again. What I really appreciated was allowing me to keep my suitcases at the hotel for approximately 3 hrs despite that I had already chech out.

  My 17 days stay in Residence Nell was perfect. I booked a classical apartment, and it's a real apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Everything is clean, stylish, and modern. The living room is pretty large, with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, and dining zone. Tea, coffee capsules and suga - The hotel location is very convenient with many cafes, grocery stores and metro stations nearby. The room (bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) was well equipped and very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very professional, attentive, helpful and kind. Elsa, Xavier and the lady on duty the day of our departure (1/12/13 around 12:00 pm) were particularly outstanding on their performance. We truly felt this was our home away from home.   It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal. It was also nice to have the breakfast buffet option. Locations was good.   Very comfortable situated. Old house on Shamps Élysées. A lot of place in the apartment, beds. We placed 5 children without problem. There is the small studio kitchen. All facilities near by is good. The host of this loft is very kind, but typical Frenchman, he forgot important things. But he found us a very good place at Defance. Its really cosy in there. The view of Champs Elysees out from the balcony is perhaps the best you could ever get of Champs Elysees!
