For my business trip, the location was perfect: close enough to the University of Bordeaux II Segalen. It was very easy to get there from the train station by the two trams (C and A) which goes through the old city. The tram stop is very close to the hotel.
The free breakfast was very good and the staff friendly.
The bedroom and bathroom were OK.

Overall we really liked our stay here. It's a very simple hotel, but has modern design, is well-maintained and everyone is friendly. Breakfast was great, very complete. The location is quite good, it's in a calm part of the town (at least in August) and within walking distance to the center. The car park was also very convenient and reasonably priced. Having free gummies and water in our room, plus croissants and coffee, was a nice touch!

The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is located near a huge supe3rmarket if you wnat to eat in your apartment, aned near a comprehensive range of cafes and restaurants if you want to eat out. Lovely hotel - mixing old world with modern (nouveau art) - very attractively done. Very large, well appointed room with a large sized bathroom and shower. Huge windows which had a peek-a-boo view of the cathedral. Although breakfast was extra, it was well worth it. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Certainly had all the extra touches for the price.

we stayed in Le Dauphin and wanted an extra night as our train was cancelled, as there wasnt any availability the staff helped us find another hotel and really went beyond the call of duty, thank you!
