We loved the fact that is was great value for money, and was quite close to the subways and the tour busses so getting into town was not an issue. Very neat and clean and close to supermarkets. -
Good price and location. The area isn't bad like people make out, possibly intimidating at first but friendly and cheaper than the tourist areas.

The room is clean and not too small (as usual in Paris). Small kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is clean and large. The residence is not far from metro station "Bastile" (2 min. walk) and from Gare de Lyon (5 min. walk). -

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We've been to Paris several times, and this was a short trip at the end of our holiday in the French countryside. The best booking ever: Warm welcoming, helpful staff always smiling (none is french), we were lucky with an upgrade for the same price which made our stay (3 nights) wonderful. The studio was very spacious, GREAT kitchenette, nice living room with flat TV, spacious and very QUIET bedroom with large bed and big cupboard.
