Apartment spotless, comfortable large bed, every kitchen facility you could want, tv, music dock, air conditioner and 2 fans. Staff who met us on arrival with keys and on our departure were very nice. - Apartment was les orchidees (or a name like that cant remember exactly), when we initially booked i looked up the apartment we had been assigned and emailed them saying we requested a change of apartment - which they did with no issues. Check in and out no probs, as others stated be aware you need to clean apartment (or pay high fees fir housekeeping). good location. Very well stocked apartment (all cleaning products, tea coffee etc).

  I spend over 150 nights per year in hotels around Europe, but I'll always remember the 9 days I stayed at La Pérouse in early January 2009. The paroramic view from my room (504) onto the Baie des Anges, the city below and snow-capped mountains around was simply spectacular. Very courteous and helpful staff with unassuming manners. - Nice candies :)

Having its own beach immediately opposite the hotel with the restaurant is a distinct advantage .   Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well. Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!
