Great place to stay staff really friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful room but no view which didnt matter to us as we were sightseeing most of the time. Bed was really comfortable. Close to most attractions and eating places. Close to metro. -

We went to paris to celebrate my 30th birthday. Eiffel Trocadero was everything we hoped for and more! We had booked a deluxe room with view and upon arrival were upgraded to the Eiffel suite on the top floor, the best room in the hotel. The room was a lovely place to be in, the bath was a good jet bath which always had a supply of hot water.
The staff were always very friendly and willing to share information about Paris, and most spoke very good English.
The hotel in general was very stylish with lovely decor in the communal areas.

The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful as we had planned a last minute trip and not made reservations for sightseeing ahead of time.
