  The lady in the hotel was super nice and welcoming! She was a delight first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. Location is great, a stone-throw from the station Gare du Lyon and two metro lines. Restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, super market etc all easily reachable. - - great location (just 3 min walk to the metro, supermarkets, ba... vad folk säger » keries, restaurants around the corner,..) - very friendly staff - infrastructure in the rooms are very good ( wifi, cable tv, comfy bed,..) => I would definitively stay here again!

  The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, especially how the receptionist actually came out of the hotel to our taxi to greet us and to help us in with our luggage, and the help she gave us with our luggage up to our room and down the next day.   Triple room was large. The place seems newly renovated, everything was clean. Beds and shower were decent, as was breakfast (though at €8pp it was a bit steep, but I suppose this is Paris). Staff generally good, those whose English wasn't so good did try to communicate. Ideally situated for us between gare du Lyon and gare du Bercy as we had to put classic car on Autotrain at gare du Bercy and then have overnight stop in hotel before getting tgv next morning from gare du Lyon to follow it to Nice. My wife travels in a wheelchair and the hotel was perfectly accessible - even though not designed or advertised as such.

  Location was great. Only a short walk to the Gare de Lyon in Paris, which we needed to use most days. Maybe not the best area in Paris to stay, but an easy Metro ride to any other places you may wish to visit. The Reception staff were excellent; very friendly and helpful, and happy to chat in English. We are travelling for over two months, and easily fitted our two large suitcases in t - Good location, close to Gare de Lyon. Basic room but clean. The guy on the front desk was excellent, when I arrived at 11pm off the TGV and then left for the airport at 5am the next nothing, he was on the same shift yet was very friendly and helpful.
