All the staff were extremely helpful. The proximity to transit, and shops was very convenient. It is in safe location. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends. -

standards but they have efficiently included everything one needs. The
bathroom was clean, well appointed, had excellent water pressure and a
comfortable deep tub (with bath salts!). I loved the Nespresso machine

Our room was modern and in good condition. The hotel is located on a
short block between two busy streets with several restaurants. The metro
is very close by so while the location is s good ways from the main
tourist area of Paris, it is easily assessable. The staff was very
helpful with any needs we had and recommended good restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was VERY spacious and on the quiet side overlooking an inside courtyard. The bathroom was particularly surprisingly new and spacious with a large modern shower and double face basin. The toilet was a separate area.
The staff was VERY helpful and professional.

the boutique feeling of the hotel. It is small and cozy. The location is
exceptional. It is just minutes from the Louvre, the Seine, Musee
D'Orsay and the Opera. It is very convenient to the metro and to
wonderful Japanese restaurants.

Staff were extremely welcoming on arrival. When I handed my booking reference in the gentleman checking us in noticed i had blacked out the price and asked if it was a surprise, I advised it was for my husbands birthday and he wished my husband a happy birthday and asked if he could invite us to the bar for a complimentary cocktail or glass of cha

The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to
help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room
each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and
bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in
Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each
day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without
hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.
