  We were immediately upgraded on arrival to the largest room in the hotel - which clearly added something to our overall experience! However, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was very good, the overally condition of the hotel was good and the location was excellent (2 minutes walk from the arc de triomphe). Breakfast is expensive, though, but all hotels in paris are charging expensive for breakfast. There is a McDonald and French croisant chain store nearby (2 min walking), so there is no problem for breakfast. Location is good. 5min walking to subway, Charles de Gaule Etoile, Champ-elysees

  The service felt very well - the employees in the receipt were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast felt well and more than enough. The distance to the city centre and to all important places of interest is excellent. After a few walking minutes we were at the metro station.   Centrally located next to the Gare St Lazare, and a short walk from the stores on Bvd Haussman as well as the boutiques on Rue St Honore, and many of the main tourist attractions, this hotel is well positioned for sightseers and shoppers alike. We thought it excellent value for this location. Our room was small but well-fitted and with a very comf... vad folk säger » ortable bed, and the double glazing kept out the street noise effectively. We chose to skip the hotel breakfasts in favour of a much cheaper cafe/croi - We stayed in a horrible guesthouse the night before and decided to spend some money to stay at a better place. And it was worth every penny!!!!!!!!! Hearing about our horibble stay at other place, they gave us an upgrade to the superior suite!! It was so comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly and accomodating at all times. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Paris! Thank you for everything!!
