Thank you for upgrading us to a suite on our 1st visit to Paris. We enjoyed our stay in your hotel, everything was perfect - location, shopping all within easy reach. The Room is clean, spacious and well kept. It was certainly a surprise for us after reading al the comments about the room being small for Paris Hotel. It was just nice for a couple. We like it especially for the location - the Metro which is just 2 mins away and the airport bus as well. The staff are friendly and help

We were immediately upgraded on arrival to the largest room in the hotel - which clearly added something to our overall experience! However, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was very good, the overally condition of the hotel was good and the location was excellent (2 minutes walk from the arc de triomphe). Breakfast is expensive, though, but all hotels in paris are charging expensive for breakfast. Fabulous location close to the Arc de Triomphe and a short walk to the many restaurants bars and cafes on and around Champs Elysees. We could walk to the Seine in about 20 minutes and a further 10 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. We traveled by train from CDG airport changing at Les Halles and arriving at Charles de Gaulle Etoile which is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. With hand luggage this was fairly easy. the staff is very friendly
they even helped with getting you around the city, an umbrella in bad weather, and reserving a taxi when needed. -

We just returned today from a 4 night stay at the hotel. We had a
triple room and a double room and were lucky enough to have both rooms
on the same floor (it is a very small hotel so there are only two rooms
per floor).
