  We stayed at Riviera for 3 nights, I have to say the Staff of the hotel were really friendly and helping. The hotel had internet for free in loby, and also at nights when we want to drink tea, they borrowed us their kettle. They also helped us about sightseeing. The rooms were good as well, the beds were a little bit small, but comfortable. I enj... vad folk säger » oyed everything. and my speacial thanks to the friendly staff of the hotel. - Loved the decor in the room - really nice! Bonus was finding a little lift to get there in! Staff were friendly and helpful - definately recommend to others.

  Small, very nice hotel with Design Hotel type. Small and comfortable doubleroom, with nice bathroom. Nice and rich breakfastbuffe in the groundfloor. Nice and helpful staff. Very near and good toboth Garedu Norde and metro station, which means that you can walk and catch the train to CDG easily, instead of taking a cab. - The location was great,... vad folk säger » a 5 minute walk to Cadet station and lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc. It was very easy to get around Paris.   The hotel itself was flawless. Rooms looked new, not worn down. Perfectly clean, comfortable, and all the amenities you can expect in this price range. The staff was helpful and easy to communicate with. The location is filled with restaurants and cafes (although, in Paris, this is usually the case), and it is reasonably close to the metro (5-7 mi... vad folk säger » nutes at a brisk pace). Also very close to Sacré-Cœur, so ideal for tourism in general. - Hotel is new and everything is clean. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were nice. The location is great, near to metro 4 station and Basilica. Near the hotel there are supermarkets, post office, cafes, bakeries. - Loved the hospitality of the front staff! Loved how close to Gare du Nord it was (2 stops on metro), room was clean, pillows and bed were soooo comfortable!!! They kept our luggage for us when we checked out! Great stay!

  One of the most enjoyable experiences in a hotel from a well-traveled couple. From arrival to departure, the staff was extraordinarily helpful and most unusual of all, seemed to enjoy being of assistance, no matter the triviality or the importance of the request. The rooms were beautifully designed [I'm a demanding architect] and kept immaculate by the energetic staff. Breakfast was 'icing - As soon as we entered the hotel, an inviting scent welcomed us. We knew at that instant that out stay was going to be pleasant. We liked the design details of the hotel. Every small detail was well thought-of. It looks as nice as in the pictures! Service was quite good as well. They provided for everything we needed: adaptors for chargers, room service, maps and directions for where we wanted to go to, and taxi service.
