  The location is terrific, witihin walking distance to restaurants/wineries and close to many quaint villages. The staff was always available to answer questions or assist. The hotel also offered evening chaffeur service, which was terrific for us becuase we wanted to have dinner and enjoy the many wines of the region without having to drive.   Really nice big room, very well appointed with state of the art coffee machine and all mod cons in wonderfully restored old village house. Excellent dinner and breakfast in the restaurant next door, which is owned by the same family. Very friendly welcome. Altogether a real find. - The whole experience was fantastic.   Love the Alsace and all the really cute villages that appear to have stopped in time. Colorful, half-timbered medieval houses often with stork nests on top! Lots to do in the region and this hotel is well- located above Ribeauville and its scenic center. Also close to some nice hiking in the area and biking from village to village. We were upgrad - This was our second trip to Clos St Vincent, and we returned because of the great time we had in July. It was actually a spur of the moment decision, due to an open weekend, and no plans. As it turned out, it was a great time to go, and we were fortunate there was a room, as it was the weekend of the Medieval Festival, and we got the only room left, a comfortable family room. We again brought our dogs, and enjoyed walking through the vinyards, now laden with bunches of nearly ripe grapes. Em

  The staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming. The apartment was spacious with all the proper amenities in working order. Everything was quite clean, if a bit dated.   The renovation of the apartment is beautiful and it is so clean! We loved the little artistic and personal touches and the location was fabulous inside the old walled city of Riquewihr. The old furniture chests are beautiful, yet the up-dates are very modern and convenient!
