  Rena rum, skaplig restaurang. - We have stayed here before,and found it an excellent over-night stay.Since our last visit, the owners have built a new extention block of rooms below the swimming pool and overlooking the town. These are very well appointed and comfortable, though may be noisy in full occupation. The owners and staff, although with... vad folk säger » little English, are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is first class,although, perhaps, a little pricey to some tastes.Essoyes itself is an interesting litt - Under new management and even better than ever! The restaurant which was very good on our past visits is now excellent and serving superb food at reasonable prices. Try the menu gastronomic @ €46. The selection of (local) champagnes is one of the best we've found in France and not overpriced. Altogether an excellent stopover in a charming small town.
