Nice apartment-style hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms and suites. Location just by the Mounier tram station is very convenient, only few minutes from the center of the city (and the tram system in Grenoble is very good).

The staff were amazing. Spoke very good English and were very helpful.
While we were in France, our car was broken into (not at the hotel) the
young man on the desk went above and beyond to find a repair centre that
had the part in stock and made all the arrangements

We had booked two rooms for 4 nights. Unfortunately, due to illness, the
second couple was not able to make it. Although not forced by contract,
we received a partial refund as a goodwill gesture from the hotel
director. The hotel is located next to a bus station, which give's
easy access to the city center. We appreciated free wifi and the modern
