  Very friendly & helpful staff, buffet-style breakfasts included cereal, fruit, boiled eggs, cheeses, cold meats, yoghurts, bread, croissants, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, orange-juice. Location is good for exploring the D-Day Landing sites, 2 minutes from the American Cemetary. Adequate parking outside each "chalet room". Abour 1 hour drive fro... vad folk säger » m Caen. The on-tap beer is good quality. 10 minutes drive to restaurants / snack bars. We didn't dine there at lunchtime but it was busy then. Showers - We originally booked the room with the sauna and didn't realise that it didn't have a fridge or jug etc, as we were staying five days it wasn't suitable so after one night we changed to a one bedroom apartment ith kitchen washing machine etc. This was fantastic and made our stay much more enjoyable. We had lunch here a couple of times and they ere great. The staff were helpful, weather fantastic so we made use of the lovely pool. Close to all the Normandy beaches and museums.
