  Ambiance, service, food, quality of room - The manager, Pascal Garnier, was very helpful and went beyond the call of duty to assure our comfort. In particular, he thoughtfully arranged a room for us which would minimize the stair climbing, that is so difficult for seniors.

  Nära till centrum, parkeringsplats precis utanför hotellet. - Rooms were very clean and staff was extremely helpful. - Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Dinner was very good, breakfast better than usually in France. Room quite large. Very likely when I return to Beaune I will stay in this hotel

I was unfortunately unwell during our visit but the care and assistance was first class.   Close proximity to the old Beaune city. Walking distance was very good. Free parking was a bonus. Lots of amenities available. The staff were always obliging fo our requests. - staff is really nice. Swimming pool area is nice and safe. Parking lot is private and closed with a gate. Rooms are clean.

  I loved everything about L'Hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were maginificent, bathroom was awesome. Great housekeeping. Wonderful restauraunt and cafe next store.
