  We are a young professional couple from Brazil & Sweden and we have traveled and stayed at top hotels all over the world. This hotel ranks as one of the best we have stayed at. Doesn't look much from outside but don't let that fool you.   This hotel was very nice; looked like a small chalet with a lodge atmosphere. I had a 3rd floor room with balcony, and incredible view of Mont Blanc. This was fantastic. The rooms were very nice, and beds/bedding confortable. Location was excellent, I could walk into town. Hotel had a countryside feel, which was really nice.   This hotel is one of the best hotels I stayed in ever. First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing... right in the middle of the city center and very close to everything. There were all kinds of shops and supermarkets footsteps away. The view of the hotel is unreal.... you can see the entire Mont Blanc mountain from the window. The breakfast was really good with lots - Great hotel in a superb location. Staff are the best! We got terrific tips for day trips, restaurants and always, always a friendly smile. We felt as if were were at home. The spa after hiking and sightseeing is excellent! Rooms are beautiful and so tastefully decorated. Breakfast is 12 Euros and well worth it--delicious!! Can't say enough about the top service and staff--go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We'll be back! Room 102 is magnifique with view of Mont Blanc and balcony.

  Splendid hotel, lots to like, and first and foremost must come the extremely friendly and accommodating staff that couldn’t have been more polite or helpful! Other than that the mountain view was excellent. The room was great with the wood panelled walls, fittings and furnishings giving it a chalet feel that we loved. The public areas looked quite interesting with various toys and artefacts sprinkled all over, includin - Everything about this hotel was surprisingly good, all thought the hotel is situated a short distance from the centre of Chamonix, the bus and train service (both stops located 100 mtrs from the hotel) is very good even on Holidays and weekends. Plus each guest gets issued with a free pass for both bus and train journeys in the valley for the duration of your stay, an added bonus, The rooms although small, compare very well with bigger chains of hotels as far as decor and facilities.
