  Wonderful hotel in the heart of the Cité. Staff were most helpful and the shuttle service to the hotel from car park was marvellous. A great holiday experience! - The beautiful view from our room. We stayed in Room 9 so you can see the Ramparts from your room. Also very beautiful with wood beam ceilings.

  Superb location and accommodation, the home made cakes for breakfast, plenty of advice given on what to see locally, flexibility and friendliness on booking in later than we'd planned, the free car parking very close by, we all had a lovely stay.   Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. We were able to keep our bags locked at reception after check in. Carcassonne is a great little town enjoyed walking around everything is close by and restaurants all have free wifi hotel also gave free wifi. Experience was excellent! - Location, helpful staff, fantstic air conditioning in my room ( but not all rooms have this available apparently). 1 block away at the park is a bus for 1 euroor the petite train for 3 euros to take one to the castle. Bnp ( Bank of america bank about 3 or 4 blocks away). The hotel is 1 block from the train station right across the canal and my room was nicely quiet.

  Visited in May by car. The reception staff was genuinely warm and helpful. Request a room with a view of Carcassonne. At night the fortress is bathed in soft light. Ignore the parking lot of the empty mall below and focus instead on the sunset to the right of the chateau.   The hotel room is big. The design of the room is simple and natural. We can take bath and shower in the room which is very comfortable as we feel tired after whole day trip. The buffet breakfast is very good and full of choices which is so superise. We like it so much as it gives us a good start of the day. There are a lot of places of interest, shops, museums, restaurants etc. On the first floor you can find a big and popular restaurant with tables both inside the building and also in the street yard.
