Such a nice place to stay!!!! We travelled with the whole family, so we stayed in the biggest room on the top floor. It was so so so excellent!!!!! Could have the view directly to the historical street and the harbor as well. The stuff is quite helpful and friendly. Everything was so perfect and we enjoyed every minute in Residence Bouttau. The apartment was of a good size, with separate bedroom and combined living room/kitchenette. The location is very close to the promenade and the shopping and tourist centre of the town (5 mins to beach, 2-15 mins for all major tourist areas). Bars and restaurants right outside the door. No parking on site but there are several car parks near by w

Apartment was clean and had sufficient space for a family. Ac worked
fine. No traffic noice. Information up front (1 week before) and during
the stay (by email) was good. Very central location, 1 minute to grocery
store, 1 minute to local market with fruit and vegetables, 2 minutes
walk to main shopping street and 5 minute walk down to the sandy beaches
of Cannes. Lots of restaurants and cafes close to Florella Marceau.
Price/quality is good.

Very close to beach and town centre, just 5 minutes walk away. A clean,
nice spa and fitness area, a relaxing quite area with a confined outside
swimming pool with adequate sun beds, nice neat kept grounds, excellent
security, coded access to hotel gates and garage, secure private parking
for 20 euros a day with direct access into the hotel, 3 eur

We pretty much liked everything there. We had a fantastic holiday. Mainly because The Residance resideal Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were happy with the nice and very cosy room we were given and it was value for money and it was a real pleasure to deal with the receptionist. They were all very helpful It is very central and about a couple of metres away from the croisette beach and not far from the train station and other amenities. The Musee de la castre gives a perfect panoramic view

The apartment was amasing!
We had booked the 3 bedroom and the 2 bathrooms maisonaite-apartment at the 3rd floor. It didnt face the avenue so it was really quiet.
Spacious and comfortable more than we expected considering the price.

Very very helpful and extremely efficient staff/owners. The owners are very smart people who have planned everything perfectly for the visitor to have a superb stay. I would never stay anywhere else in Cannes! Very much worth it and very friendly, smart, well-organized people who make your stay the best possible experience!

Excellent location. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and about a 5 minute walk from the old town with its many bars and restaurants. It's a 10-15 min walk to the Palais des Festivals.
Owner David was very friendly and gave us great tips for bars, restaurants and clubs.
Wifi was fast and stable.

What a great place to stay David and Nelya were very helpful, pleasant and great hosts. Near to beach and all amminities. We would recommend this small friendly hotel to anyone.We, John and Zoia, spent eight nights here and enjoyed every minute.

that the room and bathroom were clean and ready for occupancy and since we had children with us they allowed us to stay extra hours on the day of the check out,parking facility right outside the hotel too - It was lovely and quiet and very well located.

All the descriptions about the place that are published are true to their word. Stephane, the managing director, was so helpful and answered all my queries through email. I was there fore MIPCOM, great option for that. Not too many frills, just a nice and simple apartment, nice and clean, and perfect for that purpose. Great WiFi too which was key. Also the staff stayed in touch via email during my whole stay which was great. Would stay there again for MIP.

There was a decent sized fridge/freezer,a small hob and a multi-setting microwave. With a monoprix shop across the square its perfect for an odd night in relaxing. Well equipped studio with kitchenware, oil, salt/pepper, etc. Room and linens were very clean. Free access to laundry was a huge bonus! Great location - 5 minute walk to La Croisette, train station, and market right out front. Staff (Richard & I have forgotten her name) were both very nice and helpful.
