  Very close to beach and town centre, just 5 minutes walk away. A clean, nice spa and fitness area, a relaxing quite area with a confined outside swimming pool with adequate sun beds, nice neat kept grounds, excellent security, coded access to hotel gates and garage, secure private parking for 20 euros a day with direct access into the hotel, 3 eur... vad folk säger » os for 2/3 days worth of wifi use, friendly staff, room was a studio, had a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker, outside balcony with table - We pretty much liked everything there. We had a fantastic holiday. Mainly because The Residance resideal Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were happy with the nice and very cosy room we were given and it was value for money and it was a real pleasure to deal with the receptionist. They were all very helpful It is very central and about a couple of metres away from the croisette beach and not far from the train station and other amenities. The Musee de la castre gives a perfect panoramic view

  The charm and extreme kindness of both of the owners... from the minute we arrived until our departure... They were always there for us, but in a very discreet way... it was almost like having our own luxury apartment because it seemed so private. The area was also very quiet and peaceful.   Great apartment with balcony, helpful staff, everything in the little kitchen that we needed to make breakfast or lunch every day. Nice pool and decked area for sunbathing. Right next to La Croisette beach, all of the shops and a big supermarket.   Excellent seaview (higher floors), swimming pools, parking inunderground carpark, willing stuff - The price was very good value. The view over the pool is nice. The apartment was clean. Connections to Cannes itself are very easy, as buses stop just a few minutes from the hotel every 10 minutes or so during the day (far fewer at night).

  The staff were super friendly upon arrival and were happy to show me three different apartments before I made my decision. The location is great for shopping, dining out and the beach. Secure underground parking on site. The benefit of having baby sleep in different room is just that litt - Perfect for us in all respects at the end of the marathon. Great location and well set up for five adults.Car park was a bonus in the middle of town.
