  Well, first of all this hotel is mostly about staff. Alessandro and Mary were so amazing, kind, nice, caring and helpful that they made our whole experience perfect. They would never reject help no matter what we asked for and even in the way they speak it is clear that they don't fake it. It was more than we could have expected and asked for. The - The staff was very helpful; the room was basic, but clean and for the cheap price we paid it was really perfect. The hotel is at walking distance to the sea and the Palais des Festivals.

  The location was excellent - minutes away from the railway station and not far from the bus station, beach and old town. Large modern room and bathroom which were very clean. Even though on a busy street we didn't suffer from noise as the rooms are well sound proofed. The beach can be reached within 5 mins walk making the location excellent. - the hotel is very close to the railway station.rooms are small but very comfortable.Minibar a plus as there is a supermarket next door, as we didn't take the breakfast option.We had a small balcony which added to the comfort of our room.   It's a home run hotel with free parking. The owners are very friendly, who gave good advice of where to visit and eat. Room is not big but we got everything we need: comfortable bed, hair dryer, etc... 10 mins of walk to the beach. We stay in 205, just above the breakfast room, can smell the aroma of coffee every morning, you should try it. Will definitely choose it again. - We were thoroughly pleased with the warm welcome we recieved at hotel albert. The room was nice, extremely clean and we were fortunate enough to have the room with the balcony and sea view which was delightful! Our hosts were extremely helpful- providing us with a plug adapter and helping us charge our camera after we realised, to our dismay, we had left our charger at home! All in all, no complaints whatsoever!

  The proprietors, Elisabetta and Xavier were absolutely charming and helpful; buffet breakfast; clean facility; beautiful garden; quiet and peaceful location - Lovely boutique hotel, very close to the centre of Cannes. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and functional.
