  This is a lovely hotel set about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Biarritz. It is tastefully decorated in a contemporary but comfortable style and is beautifully clean and tidy throughout. We opted for a “Prestige” room which was a good size, nicely laid out, had a smart bathroom and benefited from a good sized terrace, which was perfect for an ... vad folk säger » early evening “apero”! All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, speak good English and gave us helpful advice about Biarritz and the surround - Comfortable bed, fridge in room, the best shower I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel is located just outside of the center of the city so you can park on the street for free but still walk into town in 5-10 minutes.

  We found the hotel very easily which is not always the case. The check in proceedure was quick and polite also the check out the next morning.We found our room extremely clean and well equipped. - Staff helpful and efficient.

  Very friendly warm reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely continental breakfast. - Staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Superb Location. We will hopefully return for a longer stay.

  Lovely comfy bed. The hotel was small but in a great location in town, quiet but central. Nice courtyard but we didn't use it. Took breakfast in local cafes instead. - Very friendly staff, who could not do enough to assist where required; far beyond the call of duty! Excellent location for the city and also for the sea side.
