  welcoming and helpful staff, excellent location and a moden clean luxuious hotel - we were able to book the hotel under a competitve offer otherwise I would have found it to be expensive - The room was really nice and big.

  The garden was great. The sculpture added a nice touch. The designer touches were evident everywhere, but suitably under-stated. The staff were warm and friendly and thoughtful. Breakfast seemed a bit pricey by English standards, but was actually excellent value compared to other places we tried in Biarritz and environs. - Old building incorpo... vad folk säger » rating modern art and excellent design. A very comfortable place with friendly staff willing to speak English. Great location close to everything the town had to offer. A great little hotel.
