  As it was a quiet time of the year we were upgraded to a newly referbished room which was really lovely...the staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcolm.

  Pretty much everything though we did not eat at the hotel apart from a coffee and croissant in the morning so i would have to limit our comments in that regard - i think the location is probably what made the strongest impression with its panoramic view of the beach and promenade. - Fantastic location down-town Biarritz, splendid view on the ocea... vad folk säger » n.   The garden was great. The sculpture added a nice touch. The designer touches were evident everywhere, but suitably under-stated. The staff were warm and friendly and thoughtful.   A fab place. Relaxed, homely feel with well maintained and well-designedrooms. Couldn't be better views of the sea -practically splashingdistance.   The hotel staff were excellent and the position on Milady good - not too busy with access to a nice beach - The restaurant had a good range of food, and it's very resonable if you take their menu of the day. The proximity to the highway was excellent if you're using Biarritz as a base.

  Loved the hotel. The location was perfect. My room was gorgeous. The staff were friendly. The food at the hotel restaurant was extremely good. - The hotel was perfectly located, e had a view of the beach and were close to the town.
