  We loved the room and the pool and the restaurant and the location - the staff are friendly and create a great ambience. Special mentions to the concierges Patrick & Ferdinand, to JeanLouis the sommelier, Guillame the maitre d' and the musicians who entertain at night. The service excellent and some of the food delicious. Bedrooms a bit small but beautifully decorated if you like oldfashioned furnishings. The concierge very knowledge and keen to advise. Very good spa but not many guest there during our stay.

  The lovely couple who run this hotel, make it feel like a home. The minute you meet them, you know that you are going to be safe and looked after. As a solo female traveller this is important.Madame et Monsieur sont super A++++. The owners are so lovely, the room was spacious and the nicest we stayed in in all of France (even paying double for some rooms for less of a room), an amazing view and superb location! Such a treat!   I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. We were very pleased with this hotel. It is an easy walk from the train station and the bus picks up just around the corner. It is just off a main street and so it was nice and quiet. Our bathroom was large and updated. We actually had a full-size bathtub! And the room was large... vad folk säger » and comfortable. The owner speaks some English, which was very helpful. He offered to print our boarding passes for us. There is a great pastry shop - This was a welcoming, most convenient, comfortable and quiet hotel - just what we wanted. Excellent airy, large room, with beautifully tiled bathroom. Someone on hand at all times during the day for advice and help - although a keypad system for after 10.00 pm. Reasonable value delicious breakfast taken in the garden - a really nice touch.   As we have two very young children, we go for serviced apartments rather than hotels wherever possible these days. We had a three bed apartment (No 8). It was was modern, well-appointed, clean and quiet. We had unlimited access to the heated salt water infinity pool at La Reserve, which is truly stunning (note that they turn the heating off at abo... vad folk säger » ut 6pm). There is also a nice spa and gym. It is a great base for exploring the Cote. The Menton-Nice bus stop is in front of the building. The Beauli - Lovely appartment with very well equipped kitchen. felt instantly at home. good location. even the church which was opposite didnt pose a problem with bells ringing. whilst it is quite expensive overall I think its worth the money. The residence is opposite the hotel, so the hotel staff bring bags park car etc, all were very nice and efficient. Would recommend La residence to anyone

The Residence is situated 5 min. walking (or less) from the city centre, bus station, train station and the beach. It was really nice and calm. If you tired of the beach you can have trip by bus to the nearest cities Nice, Monaco, and others (ticket by bus 1,5 euro). We would like to return to this residence next year.

We could enjoy the view from the bedroom, the living room and the balcony, where breakfast was served at the designated time (they left it covered with a towel). We didn't use many of the room facilities (the kitchen for instance) but what we used was in working order (shower for example).
