  The rooms were very clean. The bathroom fixtures had been recently replaced. The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating and they even allowed me to use their printer to print an important document that I needed that day. There was free Wi-Fi internet access available in the hotel lobby.   The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains.   This was my second year at the hotel while I was on a pilgrimage to Lourdes. It is peaceful, very clean, very safe, and most of all very friendly. I would not now consider staying at any other hotel in Lourdes. I am looking forward to going back again next August.
