We loved everything about our stay. We were a large group of fifteen
some days and always felt welcome.Good breakfast at reasonable price.
Excellent & friendly staff. Owner/family operated. Many

Location, location, location. Free parking. Clean. Friendly. Good
breakfast at reasonable price. Excellent & friendly staff. Owner
operated. Many restaurants nearby. Safe area. Beautiful view from
seaside rooms. They speak English. It should be rated higher than a 2
star. Our room was a balcony on the seaside. It had a new bed and new
balcony doors that kept the room quieter than previous reviews have
mentioned. If you're driving, this is the place to stay. Would I
return to this hotel????

The hotel is very well located - in a quiet area just a few stops on the
tram from the Old Town. The villa was built in 1869 and the host does
his best to maintain the air of antiquity in his hotel. The rooms are
very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable. We

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful,we arrived very late at night but he waited for us,carry the luggages for us and removed his car from the parking space to make one for our car! The hotel is very delicated and beautiful,you can enjoy the strong mediterranean elements.It a fair good location,it takes 5 mins to drive to the city center.Moreover,good price in Nice during summer peak season.
