  Serviced apartments, not a hotel, but this actually suited us better as we were able to prepare a cooked meal one night. Comfortable beds, everything was clean. We were able to check-out around 9pm to catch a midnight train as no one had booked for that night so that was handy.   Franciscan Garden Apartments are a great location with immediate access onto Wenceslas Square and only a 5 min walk to Old Town Square.   The charming hotel built in 1730 is extremely well located at the castle end of the famous Charles bridge just around the corner on a quiet side street. We had a huge 2 room suite with 2 fabulous king sized beds with luxurious linens, 9 foot ceilings with a frescoes ceiling in the living room and very old parquet floors throughout. Our tiny glassed in balc - The hotel is in a great location in Lesser Town, just over Charles Bridge. You can be at the Castle or the Old Town Square within 10-15 mins (walking). The building has character, original features nicely blended with modern facilities. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very cosy.   Absolutely loved this hotel. Didn't know it was a renovated convent. Very close, but extremely quite location. 3 minutes to the castle and about 5 to the St. Charles Bridge.
