  Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent. Food delicious. - The location was perfect, walking distance to Prague castle compound and other attractions. The hotel was quiet and stylish. Staff was nice.

  When I arrived at almost midnight after a long day of travel, the front desk said I did not have a reservation although I had my confirmation. He did find a room there for me and arranged a taxi for the early morning. Good location and price. - I stayed there years ago and wanted to return.
