  Situated in a great location, central to all the major attractions and in a quiet street. Very comfortable apartment style residence. Breakfast was included as was wifi. The staff were fantastic, spoke English and assisted in a friendly and professional manner. We were stayed in Apartment 2, which is just near the entrance door, but everything was superb in the apartment so we felt just like home. It has fully equipped kitchen, which helped me and my friend a lot. Cooking our breakfasts and having some tea --wonderful~.   Franciscan Garden Apartments are a great location with immediate access onto Wenceslas Square and only a 5 min walk to Old Town Square.   The apartment is superb. It's small and perfectly designed. Luxurious but not gaudy. The hotel is small and very privates which is such a refreshing change from the big business hotels that feel cold and generic. Apartments were clean and comfortable. I would stay there again and I highly recommend it.
