  When you first arrive, especially if at night, you may think you've made a horrible mistake. The outside of the apartment is not very promising. However, once inside, you may never want to leave. We loved our 2-bedroom apartment and immediately started talking about wanting our place back home to be more like it. In particular, it is very sleek an... vad folk säger » d modern yet inviting, with high ceilings and lots of light (but very cool "James Bond" remote-control blinds that seem to be common here in Croatia). - Amazing location; a few minute walk from central train station and city center. This is a beautifully restored old building with a great view of the park; near bars, shopping and transportation (tram). The rooms are huge, high ceilings, grand style, modern and very comfortable. Host is friendly and very helpful. Would strongly recommend for visitors to Zagreb; can't be beat for price. We also were able to park in courtyard which was very convenient!

We had lots of questions about returning our rental car, getting a taxi to the airport, using the local tram, making dinner reservations - they were fantastic. The breakfast in the morning was great. I could tell that the people who run this hotel really care about the hotel and the guests. It was a perfect and restful night's sleep for a layover in Zagreb.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The showers were great with lots of hot water. The room was basic with just 2 beds & lockers but very clean. It was a 10 minute walk to Old Town and the tram stops, farmers market and grocery store were all just round the corner. The hostel is about 250m down on the left side of the street in a little alcove area - A hostel with ideal location - right in the very center of the city. The room was clean and with the basic facilities. The personel was helpful. It is more suitable for younger people or for open-minded mature couples since there is no option for en suite bathroom. However, the location and the amiable atmosphere make the Brit Hostel a place of choice for Zagreb.

  We really enjoyed Studio Kairos 2. The place have its own spirit plus the most friendliest and helpful stuff. And the location is just perfect, only a few steps from the main square of Zagreb. I totally recommend staying at Studio Kairos 2!

  This is a relatively new hotel. ALthough it is is a little out of town it is good if you want to experience life in a more authentic local setting. The double room I had was very comfortable and a decent size.
