  The hotel is in the best location and very easy to reach from the bus station. All people are very kind and helpful. The receptionist is the best. I am very thankful to her. She came 30 minutes earlier than her usual time only to help me. so kind of her. I needed a taxi at 7:50am I requested her to call a taxi for me. Although her working time sta... vad folk säger » rted only after 8am, she came at 7:30 only to help me...too helpful. - If you are going to the city for a short time and don't want to spend much this is good place to stay, since the room hasn't much space but it's comfortable. It's close to the bus station and to the tram stop. There are good options to have breakfast around. The staff speak english and is very helpful.

  Me and my girlfriend was staying in Henrik Apartments for one night. It was really nice. Owners are very friendly , they gave us a map of city Zagreb and told us some key informations about city and recommended some great restaurants. Yes the dog was barking, but it wasn't so enjoying, dog is very very old and you cannot blame him :) Of course al... vad folk säger » l other stuff, it was clean, breakfast was wonderful, natural and healthy, and the room was all new and modern furnished. So we definitely will return - The room was very comfortable with many touches that are often overlooked in a cheap place (hair dryer, stylish furnishings, comfy bed). The staff was excellent, very friendly (with the exception of the woman who cleaned the rooms who refused to smile or respond when I said dobra jutra). My only complaint was loud construction starting at 6:45am and dogs barking all morning. Also the stairs leading to the second floor flat were terrifying.

  Absolute breath of fresh air!! This hotel really made my trip to Zagreb special...the staff are ultra nice, attentive, friendly and genuinely appear to love their jobs.   The staff is just amazing - so nice, so helpful, you understand from the very beginning that this is a person that loves his job. We arrived very late, but Mario was always waiting for us and smiling when we arrived.   I loved the hotel at once when viewing the pictures on letsbookhotel.com, then I liked it even more when right after receiving the booking confirmation I got a note from the owner of the hotel welcoming me heartily and asking me about the time of my arrival and then closer to my arrival they kept on contacting me and checking if everything was ok ... vad folk säger » and if I needed any help with the transfer or any other tips-this was a truly customer-oriented approach which only proved when we arrived. Unfortunat - Everything! The staff were so nice, welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location fo the hostel is incredible, our room overlooked the 'cool' cafe/restaurant/bar street - Tkalciceva yet when the window was closed we heard nothing of the constant hub-bub of people enjoying coffee, beer and a bite to eat throughout the day.   Easy drive from the airport - hotel was very easy to find. Room was much better than we thought. Light and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Price was very cheap for a city hotel considering how nice it was. We arrived late and went early so did not have much chance to walk about. Parking in the yard of hotel is payable and only a couple of places. But there is another free parking, and you can see it right from the window.

  Mycket frächt rum. Badrummet var toppen. Fanns till och med tvättmaskin. Trevlig och hjälpsam ägare. Vi fick välja rum vid ankomst. Bra läge från motorvägen. Lätt att ta sig till centrum. Nära till stort köpcentrum och ett antal restauranger. - We liked the apartment and the staff a lot. It is right close to a mall,so easy to get food or grocerie... vad folk säger » s. Suzana and Fatima came to the mall to get us and help us with the luggage. Suzana even helped us to solve our cell phone problems. The apartment we stayed in was completely new. It was super clean. Even the worker working on the last touch for the yard was so helpful and friendly. We all had a great time there and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who plans to visit Zagreb. - Everything great and will probably stay here again if back in Zagreb. It is about 10 minutes on tram to town. You could walk but it will take about an hour. However is still an okay walk. There is a shopping mall with supermarket across road and Lidl nearby. When goin for tram just make sure you are walking down the hill towards main road (5 minute walk). Bars and cafes where trams are. And it is chilled if you can't be bothered with town. Couple of good pizza places near apartment.
