  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The showers were great with lots of hot water. The room was basic with just 2 beds & lockers but very clean. It was a 10 minute walk to Old Town and the tram stops, farmers market and grocery store were all just round the corner. The hostel is about 250m down on the left side of the street in a little alcove area - A hostel with ideal location - right in the very center of the city. The room was clean and with the basic facilities. The personel was helpful. It is more suitable for younger people or for open-minded mature couples since there is no option for en suite bathroom. However, the location and the amiable atmosphere make the Brit Hostel a place of choice for Zagreb.

  Stayed at this delightful, small, city hotel for one night at the end of our 2 week tour around Croatia. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were very large with soft towels. Beds were very comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk into the centre of Zagreb (B - This fairly new, family owned hotel offers guests a friendly, welcoming visit to Zagreb. The breakfast is good with choice of cereals, fresh fruits, yoghurts, meats, boiled eggs, cheeses, bread, juices and coffee.   Very nice room with air conditioning, Wi-Fi available. Located on the outskirts of Zagreb, close to a big shopping center - arena shopping center and other major shopping centers. Taxi ride to the city center about 50 HRK. The staff is very professional and willing to do anything in order to make the guest's stay at the hotel.   Lovely, apparent.y very new, classy hotel! It is away from the city center, very near a lake with a little beach, lots of walking paths, small bars and cafes and nive restaurants near the lake. The breakfast is very good: eggs, breads, meats, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, etc – great variety. If you don't mind using the tram – which goes by q - We picked this hotel because it has parking. We only stayed for a night but the hotel room and accomodation was great. The staff was helpful in giving us a map and directions to downtown Zagreb. It will take you a 20 min tram ride to get to the city center. The breakfast the next morning was great. Overall, it's a value for money and I would recommend it if you're on a budget and don't want to pay for parking.

  Me and my girlfriend was staying in Henrik Apartments for one night. It was really nice. Owners are very friendly , they gave us a map of city Zagreb and told us some key informations about city and recommended some great restaurants. Yes the dog was barking, but it wasn't so enjoying, dog is very very old and you cannot blame him :) Of course al... vad folk säger » l other stuff, it was clean, breakfast was wonderful, natural and healthy, and the room was all new and modern furnished. So we definitely will return - The room was very comfortable with many touches that are often overlooked in a cheap place (hair dryer, stylish furnishings, comfy bed). The staff was excellent, very friendly (with the exception of the woman who cleaned the rooms who refused to smile or respond when I said dobra jutra). My only complaint was loud construction starting at 6:45am and dogs barking all morning. Also the stairs leading to the second floor flat were terrifying.
