- The staff was great, since before our trip they were all very nice, answered emails and gave us all the attention we need it to make our time there easy and comfortable.
- Location it is perfect, right in the middle of the town, close to everything.
(It can be trick to get by car, but they will give you all the information and you'll make it.)

A lovely, small boutique hotel of just 6 rooms. Very unusual architect-designed house on 3 levels (no lift, if stairs are a problem for you) that overlooks greenery & trees. Lovely sitting-out areas and an excellent, light & airy breakfast room. The breakfast was elegantly served and the food of good quality, especially the breads. Comfortable, stylish, well-furnished and well-lit room. Very friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay welcoming and comfortable

New hotel with very nice accommodations. Breakfast was very good. Rooms well kept and clean. It is a business persons hotel as well so tourists should be prepared for that. Reception staff for the most part were especially helpful. One person was so pleasant and helpful to us that it made our stay even more enjoyable. - Great value and very clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The showers were great with lots of hot water. The room was basic with just 2 beds & lockers but very clean. A hostel with ideal location - right in the very center of the city. The room was clean and with the basic facilities. The personel was helpful. It is more suitable for younger people or for open-minded mature couples since there is no option for en suite bathroom. However, the location and the amiable atmosphere make the Brit Hostel a place of choice for Zagreb.

We picked this hotel because it has parking. We only stayed for a night
but the hotel room and accomodation was great. The staff was helpful in
giving us a map and directions to downtown Zagreb. It will take you a 20
min tram ride to get to the city center. The breakfast the next morning
was great. Overall, it's a value for money and I would recommend it
if you're on a budget and don't want to pay for parking.

Me and my girlfriend was staying in Henrik Apartments for one night. It was really nice. Owners are very friendly , they gave us a map of city Zagreb and told us some key informations about city and recommended some great restaurants.
Yes the dog was barking, but it wasn't so enjoying, dog is very very old and you cannot blame him :)

The room was very comfortable with many touches that are often overlooked in a cheap place (hair dryer, stylish furnishings, comfy bed). The staff was excellent, very friendly (with the exception of the woman who cleaned the rooms who refused to smile or respond when I said dobra jutra). My only complaint was loud construction starting at 6:45am and dogs barking all morning. Also the stairs leading to the second floor flat were terrifying.
