We had a nice stay! Room was quite comfortable, though a little small. If you are planning to Roam around the Lakes and just crash here, it is a great room. Nice guesthouse with a good location, a two-minute walk from the local bus stop where you can go to other cities, no ticket office and just go there twenty minutes before, you can buy a ticket from the staff there, the restaurant opposite is good, though the twenty-minute walk to and from the park entrance is a bit tiring especially after walking for a day in the national park, it saves you money

We stayed at House Dado about 2 weeks ago for 2 nights and had such a lovely time. The family are delightful; the father will make you a delicious carbonara if you're stuck for food, the mother provides an eye for decor and a massive smile, and the little one is a ray of sunshine. Lovely staff!!!! We got very lost driving here and arrived just after midnight, two hours later than anticipated, and we were met by Ankica who was very understanding and accommodating. The room and bathroom was incredibly clean and the breakfast was tasty. She even gave us a great itinerary for our day in Plitvice National park. I would not hesitate in recommending her B&B.

Friendly and assistive staff. Fifteen minutes walk to Plitvicka Lakes Park (entrance one). There is also paid parking right at Park entrance. There is an alternative walking route from main road, a track off road opposite sign "apartment seven" will take you to just inside the park entrance.

Brilliant location, and lovely setting. Room was well equipped and the staff let us in early.
To get here by foot, get dropped off at Entrance 1 (ask the bus driver!), walk past the cafe/shops, over a terrifying wooden bridge, through a car park (you might want to ask for the village at the help desk), through a bit of woodland and a gated side road, down a small road and into a small valley full of guesthouses. It isn't very far.
