  The apartment was cosy. Hosts were very friendly and hospitable. Our 10-month-old baby even got an own little babypool. The view from the balcony was beautiful. A little grocery shop was near.

  The owner was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The shuttle service to and from the airport was a real help as we had a very small baby. The location is slighlty out of town (15min walk to the right) but on the plus side it is also a 5min walk from the other town on the right which has a beach, restaurants and bars and best of all was ... vad folk säger » the pool and view. - Always hot water for showers, comfortable beds.   Nybyggt lägenhetshotell med lyxstandard. Mysigt att kunna grilla och nyttja poolen. - We stayed for 10 days in beginning of July 2013. The apartment has been totally refurbished and we were the first one to rent this spacious apartment. There where some dust from the renovation but besides this the apartment was very nice.   I was coming from Dubrovnik and we were 1,5 hours late because of the Bosnia-Croatia border crossing. Nevertheless, our host Lovre was still waiting for us and actually was in communication with our previous host trying to find out if we were save. He even gave us a cell phone that is assigned to the guests of the apartment. The apartment is very ... vad folk säger » big and fully equipped, dining room, tv room, kitchen, and of course bedroom. I think it has a very good location, the old town is within a nice 10min - We liked everything about our stay. The owners were really friendly and helpful and they wouldn't bother us during our stay like it happened in other apartments before. It is literally 10 minute walk to downtown Split and 3 minutes to the local supermarket Konzum. The apartment is superbly furnished yet practical with all kitchen appliances incl. coffee machine. There is even a small patio with a table and chairs in front of the apartment.

  Room design. Cleanliness. Freedom. Location. Delicious breakfast. All that people are writing about the swimming pool is unfairly diminishing hotel's rating. The pictures of the pool are exactly views from the balcony. There is no word about the pool in the hotel's description though.. do not judge the book by the cover... the hotel is great and... vad folk säger » worth the price!!!! i do recommend it!!! - The hotel is very quite and the view from the rooms is fantastic.The location about few minutes from downtown reachable through beautiful promenade a. neighbor to the park, marines and beaches are the high points of the hotel.
