  Perfect location. Pristine swimming pool. 50 meters to sea. Grocery store, bar, and pebble beach within 5 minute walk. Restaurants a little farther. Also only a 5 minute walk to pickup-point for boat-taxi to Trogir (the best way to get to the city - no worries about traffic or parking). Owner Vinko is extremely helpful, friendly and relaxed. Be sure to talk to him if you want to rent a boat or take - Maca apartments is a wonderful place to stay. Extremely clean and comfortable. Fantastic view from our balcony. Vinko the owner was helpful in recommending places to eat and places to go. Really close to amenities such as supermarket, beach, restaurants and bars. Can recommend the "boat line" which will take you into the beautiful town of Trogir. The apartments also have a fantastic gym with great equipment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying again in the future.

  The owner was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The shuttle service to and from the airport was a real help as we had a very small baby.   We stayed for 10 days in beginning of July 2013. The apartment has been totally refurbished and we were the first one to rent this spacious apartment. There where some dust from the renovation but besides this the apartment was very nice.   I was coming from Dubrovnik and we were 1,5 hours late because of the Bosnia-Croatia border crossing. Nevertheless, our host Lovre was still waiting for us and actually was in communication with our previous host trying to find out if we were save. He even gave us a cell phone that is assigned to the guests of the apartment. I think it has a very good location, the old town is within a nice 10min - We liked everything about our stay. The owners were really friendly and helpful and they wouldn't bother us during our stay like it happened in other apartments before. It is literally 10 minute walk to downtown Split and 3 minutes to the local supermarket Konzum. The apartment is superbly furnished yet practical with all kitchen appliances incl. coffee machine. There is even a small patio with a table and chairs in front of the apartment.

The pictures of the pool are exactly views from the balcony.
