Location of the One Apartment only minutes walk from all main shopping. Easy walk to Metro station on Nanjing Rd (W). Overall standard very high of the apartment we were assigned, flexibility of the small kitchen gave us everything we were looking for. We would recommend to anyone. -

The staff was very friendly. The room has all the confort. Nice bed, TV, internet (very slow at night), they wash your clothes for free! The neighborhood is also very nice good restaurants around, conveniently located near the subway.

W stayed just one night in this gloriously comfortable hotel which was close to the airport for our onward flight. We ate vegetarian food in one of the private rooms in the Royal China restaurant and it was extraordinary and incredibly good value at £18 for several courses for both of us. Luxurious Rooms, Awesome Restaurant, Staff was extremely attentive. We had a wonderfull stay. We were awakened at midnight, opened our drapes and were treated to a wonderful display of fireworks right in front of our floor to ceiling windows. Chinese New Year Celebration. This is a great hotel to overnight between flights to and from Shanghai Pudong airport. I loved the size of the room. 52sq. Meters. The bed was huge, which was great for us as the whole family fitted in. Sherpa's deliver there. A big plus for us as we can't go out with the children to eat in the evening. Their own restaurant was being renovated so breakfast was served in the adjoining cafe. I travel a lot in China and I was really surprised about the profesional and efficient staff. They look after the client and take time to answer the questions. For sure I will stay again in this hotel when I have to stay in Shanghai. -
