  I loved the size of the room. 52sq. Meters. The bed was huge, which was great for us as the whole family fitted in. Sherpa's deliver there. A big plus for us as we can't go out with the children to eat in the evening. Their own restaurant was being renovated so breakfast was served in the adjoining cafe. The staff spoke great English and were always polite and - A truely different place.My room was spacious and clean. The service without a fault, the internet reliable and fast. The location can't be any better - everything walking distance or short inexpensive taxi ride. Lot's of old Shanghai nearby to explore by walking. I will be back !!

The room was better than advertised, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was a pure treat...mostly Asian, of course, but there was eggs and toast and oj and stuff available, too.   Room standard was very good - It was such good value to stay here, convenient location, a lot of shopping places around etc. The room itself was good, though we had problem with airconditioner, that was fixed immediately by hotel, just a bit pity that kitchen equiped with not enough tablewares, that was uncomfortable to use it.
