  Didn't know about our Booking .com reservation on arrival so we took a more expensive room; but worth the money - a really comfortable luxury hotel. Staff we're extremely friendly and helpful. For the most part the facilities were very clean. Lobby and restaurant were very nice. Excellent location. I'd use this hotel again.
