  I found the hotel so great in term of cost, location, cleanses and overall staff assistance though I found English language were little problem with them but they so cooperative and helpfull. - Excellent location on pudong area on the river, easily access within 300m to pearl tower, ifc mall ، super brand mall and other attractions.   Fantastic location. Close and easy access to tourist attractions, it is right at the end of the Bund. We had a Deluxe Scenery Suite so we expected a high standard it was a treat for us on the last few days of a facinating holiday in China.   Perfect location just a block from the Bund. It's literary 4 minute slow walk to BigBus stop. Room was not huge but not tiny either, no wrong smells, no dirty spots, nothing what could direct me to more expensive/not so central place. The staff can speak english enough to solve most of the problems. The room is ok, bed are comfortable and the bathroom is nice. Furniture is not new and elegant but come on, the price is ridiculous and it's China! Enjoy it!

  Inside the hotel it was really modern and the decor was great. It was great value and we felt happy about the place. The staff were fantastic and spoke very good English. They looked after our bags between 8am when we arrived in town till a 2pm check in. It is so close to the bund it isn't funny and only a 5-10min walk to the main metro undergroun... vad folk säger » d station in Shanghai. It is also very close to the start of the main shopping area. - We were amazed by how nice this hotel is. Exterior look is nothing fantastic and alittle disappointing. However, the interior was very nicely and tastefully done up. The restaurant area was extremely nice for a wine at night.

  Stayed here for four nights in May 2013. We were upgraded to a boutique suite at check in in the 5th floor. Most of the pictures online are for rooms on this floor. The room was very nice, spacious by China standards and clean. Bed was hard but this is normal in China. The bathroom appeared recently re-done. Shower pressure was great. The hotel advertised a western bre - We were given a free upgrade upon check-in and stayed in a nice room on the 5th floor. It was really clean, spacious and I really liked the design (a bit kitchy, literally everything in the room was green, but quirky and definitely not your usual hotel room). Bathroom was also clean and roomy, with all necessary amenities, towels changed daily.
