  Staff are very friendly, they gave enough information for us to do city sightseeing by our self. Quick Check in and check out process. Now, they have lift to help you with your luggage :). Close to Elephant Trunk Hill (just few minutes walk), some local restaurant, night market, local grocerie - This hotel is a in a great location next to the lakes and the night market. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Its like a boutique hotel and the rooms and layout are a nice change to the typical big hotel in china. They can do laundry for you at a good price which was great to have. Breakfast is good and at a fair price for a hotel, with a very nice view.

  The Staff is nice and very helpful, the location is near to Lijiang river and night market, the bed is comfort and the hotel is clean..provide airport pickup. - The staff spoke some basic English and were helpful. Breakfast was cheap and offered Chinese and Western options

  This is basically a backpackers hostel, and although I wouldn't consider myself to be in this particular demographic, it seemd to tick all the right boxes. The location was fine, with good access to restaurants, tours etc. Facilities were generally clean and tidy, wifi ok, plus pretty good spoken English by the front office staff. On day 1, we had... vad folk säger » a late-arriving flight into Guilin, but our group of 5 were picked up on time by the hotel driver and delivered in no time at all at a cost of about - We were so surprised when we arrived in the Riverside. It was very cheap so we weren't expecting too much. However, we had a lovely spacious room with a river view. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The food was delicious. We couldnt have asked for more. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. It was very close to the night market and the bus station.

  This is a lovely Japanese style garden hotel on the grounds of the Guilin Botanical Garden. The spacious rooms are located in a number of 2-story buildings scattered around a koi pond and gardens. While not close to the main Guilin tourist sites, you can reach most of them by a pleasant 30-40 minute walk or by a short taxi ride. - This is probably the best hotel in Guilin: good services, fresh air, green location inside a botanic garden, a perfect zen garden with a pool, lake and tea house - you will feel like an emperor! Other aspects: - good wifi; - diverse breakfast; - staff is ok with english; - free pickup from airport and free ride from the hotel to the exit of the botanic garden; note: that the hotel is not central but it's close to the bus and there is a mall just outside of the garden

From the airport, we rang up and a girl named Qing?confirmed finding a camera bag c/w telescopic lense. We called our tour guide to pick it up and sent to the airport. Thank you Sapphire Hotel staff.   The hotel is located at the walking street in the center of the city. It is a very busy street, with lots of clubs open late at night. But we got a room that was not facing the street, so it was still nice and quiet in the evening. It is walking distance to most attractions, and the staff was really helpful.

  This is medium size hotel (inn), clean and cozy . Location was great, close to practically everything on foot. Bus on the doorstep and taxis are cheap. Across the road, pedestrian only area full of small shops and restaurants. Bank of China 300 m and plenty of ATM.
