  The staff at the front desk were incredible. They were friendly, informative and always ready to help! The bed was one of the most comfortable ones we have had in a hotel in some time...and we travel alot. We were staying for the 'retro music' weekend and we were so fortunate to get a room with a balcony where we could see and hear the music from ... vad folk säger » our 4th floor room. What a treat! - Efficient friendly staff but not overly intrusive or fake. Kindly sorted out all questions and not with stock answers. Real, thoughtful, kind answers. I felt heard. The kids had lots offered to keep them occupied, even though it wasn't a hotel perk. The staff knew of local events and special offers and that was great for two single mums to have at our disposal.

  When we told the manager it was our anniversary, he offered us 30% off at his restaurant! All staff was kind and helpful. Sunpeaks is a special place to me and I would rather support these wonderful people who have lived there for years rather than a corporation like The Delta. - This inn was definitely better than I expected for the price point.... vad folk säger » Both of the rooms we booked were spacious, clean and well-appointed. One of the rooms had a fully equipped kitchen complete with dining area! For this price I would stay here again!
