  Despite arriving the same time as a bus tour, our check in was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly as were in Mantles bar/restaurant which had nice food. Room was large, bed comfortable. - The staff is very friendly. This is our second time staying at the Delta, and we loved it.   The staff at the front desk were incredible. They were friendly, informative and always ready to help! The bed was one of the most comfortable ones we have had in a hotel in some time...and we travel alot. We were staying for the 'retro music' weekend and we were so fortunate to get a room with a balcony where we could see and hear the music from ... vad folk säger » our 4th floor room. What a treat! - Efficient friendly staff but not overly intrusive or fake. Kindly sorted out all questions and not with stock answers. Real, thoughtful, kind answers. I felt heard. The kids had lots offered to keep them occupied, even though it wasn't a hotel perk. The staff knew of local events and special offers and that was great for two single mums to have at our disposal.

  Excellent value for the 3 days we were there. Rooms are great, comfortable, but not too fancy... Similar in feel to a European hotel. Good, friendly staff. The ski storage room had a bench to wax the skis.... A nice addition. Although the hot tub area was small and indoors, it was well done, with towels, showers and toilet facilities. We didn't us... vad folk säger » e the sauna or steam room, but they looked clean and well maintained. - Sun Peaks, as a place, feels like a piece of Europe dropped into BC's Southern Interior - it was a breath of fresh air to walk the streets. The hotel was also a great deal, with excellent, helpful staff who went above and beyond, and our room was well appointed.

  The staff at the desk were friendly. Our room was located above the entrance where the opening and closing of the sliding doors as well as the stamping of feet could be heard through the floor. This made it difficult to sit quietly to read or converse. This was lessened when the windows were closed but then did not allow the fresh air from circula... vad folk säger » ting in the room if needed. The staff did try to help by having the maintenance staff clean the runners as well as leave the inside set of doors open. - Location to ski lifts. Allowed us to extend our time in the underground parking the last day so we could ski. Nice ski lockers. Restaurant on site was very friendly.
