  First,location is very good. The staff is polite and friendly. The room is more than adequate. The kids enjoy the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent with good selection. - Close to amenities and close to convention place.

  We stayed 2 nights, approximately 2 weeks apart. The first night the room was excellent and we were able to extend our check-out to accommodate a late flight which was very helpful. It was also very helpful that front desk staff assisted in printing boarding passes for our flights. - Beds were wonderful. Had a free upgrade to a jacuzzi room.   Good location from YVR. Not too noisy despite proximity of highway. Great amenities. Boarding pass machine in lobby. Excellent staff.   - I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. I greatly appreciate that the hotel staff has picked up and safely kept the notebook for me, so I could get back my computer when hurrying back to the hotel.   Staff were very good, polite and friendly. answered all questions well. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Shuttle service to airport was excellent. Food at Fogg and Suds attached to the hotel not bad. - Ralph at the front desk was incredible! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and offered overall amazing service!

  We used the hotel as an overnight stop close to the airport in Vancouver. It was a comfortable night's stay that served its purpose. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from a Skytrain station, so an evening visit to the Vancouver waterfront is easily achievable from this location. - we really liked our one bedroom suite and having the washer/dry... vad folk säger » er was a bonus.   I got in at 4 am due to a flight delay and the staff let me stay later than the usual checkout time. - It is pleasant, comfortable, practical and clean with everything we need at hand and any information easily obtained. In a week of staying at a few hotels in Canada yours was one that we will stay in again. The beds are wonderful!   The staff are very helpful and welcoming. We always stay at this hotel when we are catching a flight. The late check out option is very handy if you are catching a later flight.   We were upgraded at the hotel when we checked in to the Resort at River Rock, which was a nice surprise. My daughter loved staying in the hotel and loved the swimming pool and water slide. The train access was great with a short ride into the city.   Bell service was great ! He assisted us to pack our frozen smoked salmon voluntary with extra bagg for protection. We were told by front desk lady that Wi-Fi was out of order temporary . But it was out until our departure time next day. They should offer business centre at least we can send some emergency mails. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, bell... vad folk säger » person was very nice and courteous ! - The property itself is very nice, with excellent decor and comfortable furniture, especially the bed, which makes for an excellent sleep. The location relative to the airport terminals is ideal - no shuttle transfer to/from the airport is an excellent "plus" for me. - close proximity to the airport - it was great. We arrived very early in the morning and it was so nice to just collect our luggage and continue through the airport to the elevator to the Lobby. No travelling or wondering where to go. It was excellent in all aspects.
