  Bell service was great ! He assisted us to pack our frozen smoked salmon voluntary with extra bagg for protection. We were told by front desk lady that Wi-Fi was out of order temporary . But it was out until our departure time next day. They should offer business centre at least we can send some emergency mails. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, bell... vad folk säger » person was very nice and courteous ! - The property itself is very nice, with excellent decor and comfortable furniture, especially the bed, which makes for an excellent sleep. The location relative to the airport terminals is ideal - no shuttle transfer to/from the airport is an excellent "plus" for me. - close proximity to the airport - it was great. We arrived very early in the morning and it was so nice to just collect our luggage and continue through the airport to the elevator to the Lobby. No travelling or wondering where to go. It was excellent in all aspects.

  I really like this new small hotel, well and professionally managed, and it's very comfortable and clean. I will recommend to my friends, and would love to stay here again for future visit. Keep it up~~!

  That we had room for my family and a friend - that it was so close to skytrain and lots of parking. The Buffet ran all day - changing with the times - and was delicious.   - I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. I greatly appreciate that the hotel staff has picked up and safely kept the notebook for me, so I could get back my computer when hurrying back to the hotel.   We were upgraded at the hotel when we checked in to the Resort at River Rock, which was a nice surprise. My daughter loved staying in the hotel and loved the swimming pool and water slide. The train access was great with a short ride into the city.   Great place for the price I paid through your website. Quiet location yet not far from the airport (free courtesy shuttle every hour). We were here for the Davis Cup tennis at UBC and had little difficulty and time in driving to and from the venue (99 Hwy, Marine Drive).   We used the hotel as an overnight stop close to the airport in Vancouver. It was a comfortable night's stay that served its purpose. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from a Skytrain station, so an evening visit to the Vancouver waterfront is easily achievable from this location. - we really liked our one bedroom suite and having the washer/dry... vad folk säger » er was a bonus.
