  We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. And the location -- harborside -- was perfect. A short walk along the water takes you into town, or you could ask the concierge for a complimentary ride.   First and foremost, the staff treated us excellently. We had a problemwith our first room, it had a smell like someone had been smoking. Thestaff checked vacancies and moved us to an upgrade without hesitation,then followed up to make sure we were happy in our new surroundings.   Stayed 2 nights in May but unfortunately it rained most of the time, but we didn't let that spoil our stay too much! The view from the suite is breathtaking over looking the inlet. The beaches are close by but you need a daily park pass of $19.60 for a family, however the owners provide you with an annual pass for your stay which we didn't expect.... vad folk säger » ...FANTASTIC! Tofino is only a short car journey. The suite itself was finished to a high standard, they supplied us with a crib/playpen for our baby - We loved the location, the view from our suite, the view across the road, the easy access to the Wild Pacific Trail, and the closeness to Long Beach. We found our hosts to be extremely helpful, and would gladly stay at Cygnet Cove Suites again.

  Just the perfect B and B experience. Private , secluded ,peaceful, comfortable. Our friends and my wife and I had the place to ourselves. Melanie is the perfect host. There when you need her and otherwise you are alone. I cant imagine a better choice than this. We will be back, Melanie. - Nice location and beautiful grounds and garden.

  I was staying at the Inn at Laurel Point because of its convenient location. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the start line of the Victoria Marathon near the legislative buildings. The staff were very attentive and friendly throughout my whole stay. This included the front desk, cleaning staff, maintenance personnel and restaurant servers. I - The location was fantastic . We stayed in room 452,the new part of the hotel and the view of the marina from our balcony was amazing. The hotel is also close to the centre of Victoria. The room was large and the housekeeping was excellent. Staff were friendly,polite and helpful at all times. We had a nice lunch at Auroa restaurant which was reasonably priced,which included several coffee refills . Overall we had a very pleasant stay

I am in a business that does training and I know when staff is trained. This is really something from the past you font see anymore. Fantastic - Luxurious oasis overlooking the water...a restful pied-à-terre to discover Victoria and the Island. Our stay felt more like a visit to a friend's country manor. Wonderful dining options - fab chef! And the personnel is consistently friendly and helpful (thank you Caitlyn!) Will be 'our place' whenever on the Island.
