The location and views are stunning. The rooms (we had the View Suite) were beautifully furnished, comfortable, elegant. The fridge was stocked with breakfast fixings, as promised, and the kitchen had everything you needed. The owner, Harold, is super-nice and friendly, always asking us if there's anything we need. The surrounding marshes is awesome for nature lovers.
The house and grounds are beautiful, extremely well maintained, and so unique. The outside jet-tub is a a nice touch.
The room is very clean, and obviously the owners tried hard to please. They provide 2 beach chairs, beach mats, housecoats, tons of hangers, DVD player, music player, washing machine, dryer, BBQ, etc, etc.

We were helped up to the tree house by the owner -- a long double or triple set of stairs.
We had a great view of an inlet and tidal flat with wildlife. There were cedars right outside our windows.
The shower was a walk-in with three shower heads for great coverage.

Blanket & Spoon was amazing! The 3 course chef prepared breakfasts were incredibly delicious and different each morning. Food made fresh from local farmers and b&b home grown garden. Owners and their pets were super friendly and knowledgable about the area. The room was cleaned every day, fresh towels and even a bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary! We had an incredibly relaxing, enjoyable stay and will be back soon. Everything was perfect, even the hot tub!

Abigail’s Hotel is a small boutique bed and breakfast hotel, located on a cul-de-sac in a very nice residential area of downtown Victoria and close to the attractions of the Inner Harbour.

This was, by far, our best place we stayed during our 11-day honeymoon. The staff was so welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, as well as the evening hors d'oeuvres. We enjoyed relaxing in the library lounge room, and visiting with the other guests. In the room, the fireplace was a nice touch. Also, the sound machine on the bedside table played some soothing music that we enjoyed. We have already told many of our family and friends that Abigail's is the only place to book in the future.

Stayed 2 nights in May but unfortunately it rained most of the time, but
we didn't let that spoil our stay too much! The view from the suite
is breathtaking over looking the inlet. The beaches are close by but you
need a daily park pass of $19.60 for a family, however the owners
provide you with an annual pass for your stay which we didn't
expect.

We loved the location, the view from our suite, the view across the road, the easy access to the Wild Pacific Trail, and the closeness to Long Beach. We found our hosts to be extremely helpful, and would gladly stay at Cygnet Cove Suites again.
